Art – Ms. Neilan
➢New to DMUSD this year, with 6 years experience teaching elementary education
➢Holds a Masters in Education and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
➢Students can look forward to exploring various media, learning about different artists, styles, themes, and techniques. They will draw, paint, print, sculpt clay…and so much more!

Physical Education – Mr. Davis
➢DMUSD PE teacher for 15 years
➢Holds a Masters in Education, a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Physical Education, and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential in Health Sciences
➢Through athletic skills-based lessons, games, fitness, and cooperative activities, students learn the physical,
emotional, and social aspects of life skills crucial to STEAM+ and the development of the whole child.

Integration – Ms. Smith
➢DMUSD STEAM+ specialist for 6 years
➢Holds a Masters in Education and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential

Science – Ms. Minarik
➢DMUSD Science teacher for 12 years
➢Holds a Masters in Education with Specialization in Teaching Mathematics, Graduate Certificate in STEM Education, Single Subject Teaching Credential in Biological Sciences and Introductory Science Supplemental Authorization
➢During STEAM+ Science, students will assume the roles of scientists and engineers as they investigate puzzling phenomena and engineer solutions to problems.
